5 days. The perfect lunch and dinner plan to provide you with the energy you need for the day! This plan will provide you roughly 1000-1200 calories per day. We recommend you also add your own high protein breakfast and healthy snacks during the day to reach your required calorie intake.
All Small (Lite) meals come with:
100g of Cooked Protein, 100g Carbs, 50g Mixed Vegetables.
All Large (Standard) meals come with:
200g of Cooked Protein, 150g Carbs, 50g Mixed Vegetables.
All meals are served with mixed vegetables. Carbs include either basmati rice, sweet potato or pasta.
