The perfect lunch and dinner plan to provide you with the energy you need for the day! This plan will provide you with roughly 1000~1200 calories per day. We recommend you also add your own high-protein breakfast and healthy snacks during the day to reach your required calorie intake.

Meal Size

All Small (Lite) meals come with;

100g of cooked Protein.
100g of cooked steamed Vegetables.

All Large (Standard) meals come with;

200g of cooked Protein.
150g of cooked steamed Vegetables.
